In fairness of all concerned, and covering his face :), this chappy is one of my favorite of all inspectors here in Portland.  Tripod, headphone, talk to typing, reports come out super quick, same day………and he even scales the photos inside the document so the file isn’t 8 million gagillion megbytes so you can actually email it to folks too!
They provide a very nice summary page which makes for a nice little repair addendum attachment, guys like this are worth their weight in gold.  I am a rich person to have teammates like this around me.
