- Once the offer is submitted, we will work diligently with the Listing Agent to insure they know, your offer is the one the seller should accept!

- Have a professional property inspection conducted.
- Auxiliary inspections can include radon, sewer, lead, underground fuel tanks, or component systems.
- Once all findings are received, we’ll vigorously review them, and meet with you to discuss all implications. Once a plan of “attack” is determined, we’ll draft addenda and help negotiate repairs upon all findings.
